My name is Kelly Rainey and I’m the President and second-generation owner of Auto Collision Incorporated, better known as ACI. I created this blog as a means to provide you with information that you will hopefully find useful, interesting and worth sharing.
My world, obviously, has a lot to do with auto body repairs.
I can:
- Help you figure out how to find a good repair shop,
- Inform you about your right to choose where to have your car repaired after an accident,
- Explain to you why its a better idea to buy your auto insurance from a real live agent than off a website,
- …and a whole lot more.
This is my every day, but I understand that its not yours. The average American is involved in an automobile accident only every 7 years. So why should you care about what I have to say?
Well, for years I’ve listened to customers tell me that they wish they had known this stuff before. It is my hope that you’ll tuck some of this info away in the back of your mind for when and if you ever need it. Or perhaps share a link to this site with a friend who just might be in need of our services. Trust me, they’ll thank you!
Educating consumers is something we’ve been doing here at ACI for more than 40 years. My father founded our company on the belief that our customers deserve nothing less than honesty, quality, and service. We’ve been giving our customers good information that they can trust since the beginning…a tradition I am committed to continuing. But not everything is about collision repair! Like you, I also have a life outside of my work. And I’m assuming that (like me) you appreciate a good referral, an interesting tidbit of information, another viewpoint on an interesting topic, and the like. And so this blog will contain a fair share of “other” stuff…goodies that have nothing directly to do with the auto body repair industry but are most certainly interesting, entertaining, or both.
